Pet Adoption League of NY is a 501c3 non profit organization specializing in the rehabilitation and care of homeless chows and chow mixes. The Organization was founded in 2001 by our rescue President Caryl Shulman with her husband Richard Shulman who have an unwavering dedication to helping chows in need. We are always in need of foster homes and adoptive homes for the animals in the rescue.
