Two by Two Rescue’s mission is to provide care for abandoned, neglected and abused dogs. Care includes proper vetting, socialization, and re-homing. They also desire to educate the public on the ethical and humane treatment of animals through media mediums, lectures, and awareness campaigns in school systems.
